Smiles by Design

My wife looked into this place as an alternative to braces. After many many trips to bismarck, zero progress, still crooked teeth, broken retainer things, yikes.. this place to me definitely is NOT an alternative to braces. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Maybe a good dentist but don't use as an alternative to braces and straightening. We been in for "fixes" and come a way with the same issues. We are now looking at other alternatives. This was a complete waste of 3500. This was definitely the place she was into many many many times.

From the people working up front, to the hygienists and Dr. Bethany Schuetzle, everyone greets you with a warm smile and seems genuinely happy to help you. It was a surprisingly pleasant experience despite having cavities filled. Dr. Bethany and her staff have a real passion for what they do and they care about your oral health and comfort. Highly recommend!

We have been going to Smiles by Design for over 30 years! We love our dental hygienists, they are all amazing. Our children have never had an issue going to the dentist, because they have always had a great experience. Dr Axvig has taken very good care of us over the years!!

I've been going to Smiles by Desire for a few years now. I've always received the best care. I had an interesting situation with a tooth and Dr. Axvig explained why things were the way they were and in a way that I could understand. He explains everything he's doing and why. The staff there are really kind and always have a positive and encouraging word. While going to the dentist can be unpleasant at times, there isn't a better place to go than Smiles by Design.

The staff at Smiles by Design are so friendly, gentle, and careful to explain everything they're doing. I got my first cavity filling today. I was obviously nervous, but Dr. Schuetzle put me at ease with her confidence and explainations throughout the procedure. Most of all, I appreciate how much attention she paid to how I was feeling as she went! It was not nearly as painful or long as I was afriad it would be. Thank you so much, Dr. Schuetzle!

This is hands down the best dentist with an awesome support staff that you can find .Kary is my hygienist and shes retiring after 40 years. She will most certainly be missed .

This was my first time at Smiles By Design. I needed prompt care, and even as a new patient, the office staff scheduled me quickly. Dr. Bethany and her assistant explained what they were doing And what I should expect before, during and after the treatment. Everyone was friendly, courteous and professional. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and will be transferring my family under the care of this dental practice. Thank you so much!

Sweetest most gentle hygienist took care of me today! I was shown my X-rays and the dentist showed me in the film areas of concern and the 3 of us, Dr., Hygienist, and I discussed and agreed on a plan of care! What a great experience to be a part of my dental health decisions!
