I have been going here for years. If your a union family they take our 80 coverage as 100 so you dont see a bill for the 2k maximum fellow union employees just FYI. I gave them 3 stars because i have been seeing dr. Singh for years ive spent probably 25-30k on my teeth here. My most recent visit was almost 7k and they say they do exams but the dr sent me out for a denturist and i jusg found out the docs there can do all of the procedures i need done. Nobody has ever communicated that to me and i need a partial and instead of including it altogether in the plan i kinda feel now that it was miscommunicated to me. I mean if you are a one stop placd and you have already been getting my money for ten years why not advise me correctly to begin with? It was not until yesterday seeing the new female dentist that i find out that ok we do everything you need here. Yesterday was a 7 thousand dollar day for yall and you could have included an exam with it right? Instead you want to charge me the 99 next time and i need it so i pay. There has to be someone sitting there with the money person like the assistant or do tor themselves because you guys could have made more money and instead i have to wait so i can have the bridge repaired and then we can talk about a partial it should have been one estimate, one exam not two separate because when someones dropping thousands over a long period of time you guys can let a 99 exam go. Especially for you die hard stay no matter what patients. Im not asking you for a free one im saying you need to tell me everything i need in one appointment regardless

I had regular cleaning appointment with auburn sunrise. They took x-ray and told me there is a cavity just started and it's been taken care of. Thank you all the staff and Doctor.

Going to the dentist is a very stressful thing for me. Today I had a wonderful dentist who made me feel at ease.

Amazing experience! I have severe anxiety and depression and neglected my teeth for a long time but the staff comforted me and made me feel completely safe and unjudged. Truly grateful and they explained everything perfectly!
