Sunrise Dental of Issaquah

I'm traveling and needed a piece of medical equipment. I'm not a patient with them yet the front desk still went out of their way to help out without hesitation. Just goes to show the standard of care they provide. Would definitely take my business here if I lived in the area.

Sunrise is amazing! I have never met someone with more dental anxiety as me, and they managed to make me comfortable and help me get through the fear and bring back my smile. They were professional and happy! They never made me feel bad for my panic and amount of crying. I felt very comfortable and heard. My family will only be going here for our teeth from now on. Cannot recommend enough.

I strongly advise against this dental practice. Their billing practices are highly predatory. Despite settling all fees in 2019 after my last visit in 2018, I recently received a bill with a 12 interest charge and a late fee. They have also been sending this bill to an old address I haven't been at since 2019. The only correspondence I have received in years is in 2024. Picture proof attached. I urge you read the numerous negative reviews and note their F rating with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Their recent 5-star ratings appear to be from accounts with only a single review, for every negative review there are positive reviews with little to no context, raising concerns about their authenticity. Picture proof attached. For an emergency exam, ct, and extraction, I was charged an exorbitant amount more than I would the typically be charged anywhere else. I have attached a copy of my bill, which shows a total charge of almost 3,100. They initiated legal action against me in 2019 and they have been paid in full. Picture proof attached. On 122124 at 1025, I received a phone call inquiring about whether I wanted the late payment removed. I informed them that I preferred all future correspondence to be conducted via email and that I was not interested in removing my review. The caller then hung up on me. I subsequently called back and requested to speak with the same individual. I reiterated my request for all communication to be via email. However, the caller again inquired about resolving the issue, and then hung up. I have also requested copies of the paperwork I signed at the office, as well as my medical records. They charge for your medical records. Picture proof attached. I am considering filing a complaint about their billing practices with the American Dental Association. Thoroughly research your options and choose a different dentist.

I have the worst experience with their billing system and the way they work through insurance. They will offer you services which they think are covered in the insurance with low co pay say 20bucks and 8-9 months or even a year later send a bill for 400-500 with no explanation whatsoever. I would never recommend this practice. Edit in that case you should not provide incorrect information to patients. As I understand insurance declined because they did not think the service was required but service still thought it was a must. (when it looks like it was not needed at all)

Absolutely hands down one of the best dentist offices I've been too. Everyone was so kind and really helped me by explaining every option and didn't force me in to having procedures just for money. We took care of my emergency situation I was there for and I will absolutely drive the hour it takes for me to get there from my home to the office to remain under their care! Hands down top notch

STAY AWAY, PREDATORY PRACTICES! These people are absolute predators. They're charging 12000 per hour for the CT machine, and a single tooth extraction is 3000! They sure do love the Cherry system, another predatory system to finance the outrageous billing they do! Read the other reviews, and stay away!

I highly recommend this dental office to anyone. I've been to 2 other dentists and they both told me my tooth can't be saved it needs a crown. Went and saw Dr. Hans and within an hour he fixed my tooth! Fast and efficient. Amazing work.

I drove 2 hours to my appointment. Once I was there i sat there for 20 mins and other people were going back. I had an appointment at 10. around 1020 the lady stood up and said she couldn't find me and my insurance. Then was told I could be seen but had to pay upfront. Just to be seen it was 150 and if there needed to be a x-ray that would be another 400. I asked what the reason was for giving them my insurance and information yesterday. I was informed they were busy and couldnt get to it. After that I was told they called and left me a voicemail. Neither of those items happened.

Im overall really pleased with my experience! Initially, I left my first visit feeling unsatisfied and had no intention of returning for my wisdom teeth removal. However, the owner reached out to me personally, and after a long, thoughtful conversation, I decided to give the practice another chance. During my follow-up visit, he took the time to sit down with me, thoroughly explaining my scan results and the reasoning behind all the recommendations. Ultimately, the entire experience went smoothly, and Im very happy with how everything turned out. The owner, along with the other dentists I met, were incredibly kind and attentive. I was genuinely impressed with all my interactions with the staff everyone made me feel comfortable and valued. Im glad I made the decision to return!

Wonderful experience from start to finish. I was able to schedule my first appointment online and complete all of the new patient paperwork. During my visit, they were thorough and gave me my treatment plan and were able to complete all of the work during my first appointment. They were kind and understanding of my anxiety. Definitely recommend their office.

I checked in for my daughters dental visit, Dr sen was super helpful and greatly handled my kid as she has dental anxiety. The instructions were very helpful and clear. I got the appointment on my flexible time and on a Saturday. Would highly recommend this place, they really care about the patients.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! If Google allowed a rating of less than 1 star, this place would deserve it. Heres a brief account of my recent visit to Sunrise Dental of Issaquah for wisdom tooth removal. While the dentist who performed the procedure was exceptional, and I have no complaints about his work, I am extremely disappointed with the management's lack of responsiveness to questions and complaintsonly addressing me after I mentioned contacting a lawyer. The office seems to prioritize unnecessary treatments that contribute little to the actual recovery process of wisdom tooth extraction. These additional procedures are not only redundant but also appear to be a means to inflate costs unjustifiably. This practice is deceptive and does not align with ethical patient care. Moreover, the staff seems trained to mislead patients into agreeing to these unnecessary treatments by assuring them that their insurance will cover the costs. Patients, often in pain and vulnerable, are manipulated into accepting these treatments under the guise of necessity. I was charged 467.00 for PRF treatment, which supposedly aids in healing however, this so-called treatment came out 30 minutes after I left the office. Given these experiences, I strongly urge potential patients to avoid this practice. The service provided does not meet the standards of integrity and transparency that one expects from a reputable dental office. I hope this prompts you to reevaluate the practices at your office and make the necessary changes to ensure that all patients receive honest and ethical care.

Terrible experience ever in a dentist place and might be scammer. Be cautious! I recently moved to this area, and need a regular cleaning. They pushed me to do deep cleaning. I emphasized I did deep cleaning less than 1 year ago, its not needed and I really DONT like the feeling of deep cleaning. The Indian doctor still pushed me to do it and said my insurance will cover it. The I checked out with copay. 1 month later, I got a bill from them asking for full payment because the insurance will not pay two deep cleaning in such short time and they think its not needed as I think. I called the office and argued about the bill but no one cares, after 2 months, I paid off my bill and just want to get away from this place. Also, they just want to sell you other services and get the money
