Sunrise Dental Tacoma

I had covid and couldn't make an appointment like 2 years ago. They refused to schedule anything with me after that, charged me for an appointment that never happened, and are now suing me for 408 dollars. Have no idea how the dentists are. Office staff is Hella rude. Billing department clearly doesn't understand how an exchange of service works.

They promised me my cavity filling would go smoothly with no issues. I've been in pain for several month now and to get a check up exam costs 100 even though I was promised guaranteed results. Feel cheated and over changed, not going back. Update Still suffering pain from this dentist performing work on my teeth. Other dentist don't know what has gone wrong. I even tried asking this dentist several times about my pain but was blown off.

I am Dr. Juli Chue-Gomez's patient at Sunrise Dental, and have been so for several years. Prior to my first appointment at this clinic, I was "absolutely petrified" of going to any dentist at all. I had been "fearful" in that manner from childhood to adulthood. That was, of course, until I met Dr. Juli and her beautiful team of clinicians. Oh my, what a total breath of "fresh air"...from the first time we met until the present. And I have been coming to Sunrise Dental every since. Dr. Juli and her team are "highly professional, genuine, caring, consoling, courteous, proficient, efficient, patient, understanding, etc. etc. etc." Overall, this clinic and its staff provide a "pristine, safe, calming and joyous, atmosphere" for their patients. In short, it is such a "wonderful experience" to be here, and I am so "grateful to the Lord"...for "gifting" Dr. Juli and the team at Sunrise Dental to me. They were "exactly what I needed", and what I had been searching for in a "dentistry environment". I "highly recommend" this team...they are PRICELESS! Thanks to "all of you", for making my dental visits "warm and joyful encounters". KUDOS!

It's my birthday, today. I am so happy that I get to spend my morning getting the beautiful smile, that I have always wanted!!!!! I love Dr. Cheu n her wonderful staff!!! I have been so lucky that I finally found a dentist that makes me excited to come see!!!

Dr. Chue is awesome very kind, professional and gentle. She will put your mind at ease. if you have had trauma with other Dentists you won't with her and her staff. Wonderful people

The staff is awesome

Went in for a root canal and ended up having both that were needed done. Dr Chue is fast and efficient, the staff are all very nice and take good care of you. This is the best dentist experience I have had in a long time and definitely recommend them. Edited to add- I took my very nervous 5 year old in who got to see Dr Martin. She was amazing with him, calmed him down (with the help of some nitrous) and was quick with filling. We were in and out within an hour, from X-rays to the filling. Thank you and the wonderful staff at sunrise!

I always come here for my cleanings, the staff is very friendly and the office is always really clean. They did a great job making sure my night guard fit properly so that way it wasnt uncomfortable to wear. You should definitely get your dental services through them.

If you are looking for a dentist I would highly recommend this place. Dr. Chue and Dr. Yeom are fantastic. I had severe bone loss due to a bad tooth, a missing front tooth, and uneven teeth in the front. I hated it it because its the first thing you look at. Dr. Chue and Dr. Yoem worked together to give me a great smile again. Dr. Yoem did my bone graph surgery and Dr. Chue did my implant as well as three crowns, and in the end I have a great smile. Have gone here numerous times for the last couple years for cleanings and small work and the staff is always super nice and very professional. Definitely the best office I have gone too.

Got stuck with a bill they forgot to ask for apparently..seems odd since all my work i had done was on a payment plan i was having to pay over 400 payments on.
