Dr Smith at The Dental center is awesome. He is very professional and a Doctor I can Depend on. I Fell and face planted. Late in the afternoon. After my Accident he stayed to take care of me. During the entire process he was reassuring, and made me feel so cared for comfortable. Thank You Dr Smith. Also a big Thank you to his Assistant Rita Who also stayed late to care for me and was so very sweet to me. Joan my Hygienist is always great, She is thorough and does an awesome job!! The best Dental Clinic ever. I highly recommend this Clinic the Doctors, Hygienists and Staff!

My daughter had a negative experience related to her cleaning. When she got home from her cleaning her gums bled for several hours. The hygienist ignored her when she had questions. While I personally have had good experience at this dentists it was concerning to hear that my daughter was so disappointed.

Dr Smith is the best. Very personable and no nonsense! Julie is hands down a fantastic hygienist. She is friendly, and thorough! Love the office!

Im updating my previous review of five stars downgrading to one star. The reason for this change is because this office billed me forced me to pay a charge when I told them there was something wrong with the billing to my insurance bc my procedure was covered at 100. Nevertheless, they said I had to pay or I could not have another appointment. I paid half of what they said I owed and contacted my insurance company immediately. It was quickly discovered that this office had submitted the wrong claim form, they used a form from many years ago and completely outdated, then argued with my insurance company and myself in a three-way call with their office. Completely rude, hostile and uncooperative, and Im being kind here. I absolutely couldnt believe the attitudes of these people in the front office and their office manager who refused to give me a refund even though my insurance company told them it would be paid at 100 once the office submitted the proper 2024 claim form. Dr. Smith was to be preparing to make a bridge for me, and when he came in the exam room after my routine cleaning tried to tell me the bridge would go on the side of my mouth where I wouldnt have teeth beneath it for chewing!! Omg, such blatant disregard for what I need a bridge for to begin with, and that is so that I am able to chew food again. No no, I left their office completely in shock at how their service went from great to PATHETIC!! I can no longer recommend Dr. Mark Smith due to his poor attention to the reality of my missing teeth and then the whole billing issue. I had to dispute the charge with my bank to recover my money. Unacceptable in every way, start to finish. Use caution before you pay this office when you have insurance because they will slam the door right in your face!! Donna F.

I spent close to three hours in Dr. Mark Smith's chair. I have developed "Dry Mouth Syndrome", This condition is not nice, it's responsible for giving me more cavities than I had for years combined. Dr. Smith always shares his thoughts and suggestions with me. I have been his patient for over twenty years. I needed to have a bridge removed to treat the cavities under it. Dr. with his excellent assistant Brenda today worked with compassion, consideration and empathy. I thank him and his caring staff for all their support.

My appointment was scheduled quickly, was fast and pain free!
