Horrible customer service. No one ever calls back and they just tell you they dont work for insurance and wont send bills. Very expensive place for very little benefit.

Dr Rod Johnson is the best dentist in Tigard. He is caring, gentle and thorough. Never misses a cavity and makes sure you are comfortable at all times.

Great efficient experience with this routine cleaning. Staff was familiar and as usual very professional. No x-rays were needed on this visit which sped things up, the conversation with hygienist and the doctor was friendly and upbeat.

Christmas eve had some serious pain in top and bottom serious swelling in my mouth.I waited 2days thinking it would go away but it didn't ,so I finally called Dr Johnson and office was closed for the day.I called his emergency line and he picked up right away, he called me in some antibiotics right away. Didn't know what I would have done with out him,so Thank you Dr Johnson

Im essentially a new patient, and Dr. Johnson found an emergency slot to check a concern I had with a cracked tooth. Turns out its not as an emergency as I thought, but hes going to fully repair the day after the new year. Thank you for making this as easy on me as possible!

I would give this place 0 stars if possible. I called looking for a cleaning before end of year and they had an appointment so I took it. Got there filled out the forms and waited 10min-15min past my appointment time or so to be called. Get into the chair to find out they were only doing a new patient exam and didn't schedule the cleaning. It was never mentioned on the phone that these were seperate or that I would not be getting a cleaning, which is what I specifically asked for. Then I was told there were no appointments until March. Was a complete waste of my time. Lady at the front desk claimed she told me on the original phone call that march was the first appointment which she clearly did not or I wouldn't have taken the appointment in the first place. In the end I wasted an hour of my day and more importantly I lost precious time to find an open cleaning appointment before end of the year.
