I had an excellent experience at the dental office. Dr. Bulli (or Dr. Buli) was very professional and kind throughout the visit. The team, including Maria, Lina, and assistant nurse Marietta (I believe that was her nameshe kindly picked me from the reception and guided me through the scan), made the entire process seamless. A special mention to the reception staff, Amber and Paul, who were incredibly kind and efficient. Amber, in particular, was warm and welcoming, which made a great first impression. Overall, the care and professionalism from everyone involved were outstanding. Highly recommend!

Mariah was great! I just recently got a crown put in and the entire process was pretty seamless and easy. So happy with my new tooth!!

Lina was awesome to have assist me with my X-rays and getting comfortable to be seen by the dentist. I have a bit of fear when it comes to going to the dentist and she was cool and laid back which helped me feel more laid back as well about being there. Everyone in the office was professional and kind. Highly recommend !

This visit to the dentist and the hygienist was absolutely perfect. Excellent care! The check-in was excellent. The dentist was excellent, and I couldnt say anything better. Thank you very much.

Lina was helpful and really nice she check up on me to make sure I was good and even gave me a blanket to stay warm while I was waiting for the doctor .

Terrible experience there and the parking lot is full of crackheads it's a sketchy spot for sure I had my car broken into when I went to this place and there was human feces in the doorway and on the windows. Then the visit was worse. I was told to think about getting a crown for one of my tooth I said I could not afford it and just needed to get a filling in it for now well that all changed by my next app and he told me he wasn't gonna touch it unless I paid for.the crown. The dentist lacked compassion even though I told him it was christmas time and I didn't have Even have a down payment to make and so I left there without the main reason of going and of course they charged me for the service. This place is a scam they just want your Money! I went the next day to another dental.place and got it fixed the next day do not go.to this establishment. You have been warned

Dr.Lee is very fast to do my Instructions in put bones. And Maria is a very good help too very kind so i am relaxing.

WA Dental is a really great dental office, they are caring , they do great work ,I am glad I found them.Iman did such an awesome joy and she's awesome.Anahi did a great job, very kind , really liked that.

I had an appt today for I have a bad tooth and swelling. Before my appt the office worker called told me my insurance was only good from Jan 1, 2024 thru Jan 31, 2024 which made no sense to me I stated to her and she hung up on me. I should have just cancelled my appt after that rude hang up but did not. I Called my insurance and they called the dental office and I was told good to go. I get there for an appt 1pm and the office person was on the phone with my insurance company. I was confused why this was still an issue for when I spoke with my insurance everything was OK. I finally to see the doc and she stated my old root canal was infected and the Doc gave ME 2 options how to go about to fix it. Firstly I would think the Doc would tell me the best way to fix it Doc then said she would prescribe antibiotic until next visit. Go to front desk to make another appt to get my tooth fixed and the young girl stated it would take a few days to fax paperwork to my insurance ect. I then asked bout the script for antibiotic and she stated that would take a couple of hours. My patience wore thin at this point and walked out from this dental office which had no empathy of my pain or how this infection could possibly be life threatening and obviously did not want to help me. I went to my car and just cried. Im 66 and felt because of my age they could not care the least. I was kind to them and apologized in the beginning about all the insurance mess they had to deal with for me and thanked them for that when I first got there but felt very neglected at the end. This was the most unprofessional dental office I ever dealt with and urge the management to teach these young ppl how to expedite situations and to comfort their clients. If one person could of just said Hey lets figure the best and quickest way to make you comfortable and get this resolved for you but apparently the training they received lacked professionalism, problem solving skills to comfort their patients. I now spent 12 a day wasted at this dental office and still in pain and bad swelling. They best not charge my insurance for this visit which concluded with no outcome, fix or care for what needed to be done or I will go into their office and make a scene and be unprofessional as they were to me.

Dr. BUI And Maria were really nice and they both were very gentle with my teeth. I highly recommend this Dentist.
