Wilsonville Smiles Dentistry

I cannot reiterate this enough DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE OTHER OPTIONS. My mother is an elderly woman who had breast cancer and a colostomy bag. In my opinion they took advantage of her and I would recommend that nobody take their elderly relative or parent to this place, or go there at all. I wish I had gone in with her and monitored what they were selling her, because I feel she was taken advantage of. My mother came there requesting a simple quote for dentures. The dentist convinced her that fixing her teeth would be cheaper than dentures. That same day they convinced her to finance through their company affiliate and begin procedures right away. The loan was 0 interest if she paid it off by the allotted amount of time. She did. However, The company took it upon itself to cash a 450 check but hold it pending for months until after the grace period so that she would owe the interest. She called repetitively to ask why it was being marked "pending" if it was taken from her account. They said, "they'd look into it and get back to her". I called and got the same response. They never "got back to us". Miraculously, it went through right after the grace period was over (remember they cashed it immediately. There was no reason to hold it). I finally convinced her to go with the original plan and to get a quote from Discount Dental. It was 8,000 for high-end click in dentures. The pictures provided are what her teeth look like after 8,000 worth of work at Wilsonville Smiles Dentistry. Two more teeth fell out after this picture, leaving a larger gap in the front. They're still trying to charge her interest on a bill she paid in advance, because they cashed and held a pending 450 without reason until the grace period was over.

Dentist is cheerful and fun, latest tech, fast and informative work. Best dentist I've ever visited.

Appointments start at 11am, checked in at 1050am (after they moved it from 1030am) the procedure doesn't get start until 12pm (1hr wait time), they work for 10 minutes then left get a different screwdrivertool attachment then got back 1230pm, INSANE WAIT TIME. Feel like the doc just left to go handle some other paitients. The staff was nice in accommodating about the issue.

AMAZING TEAM! They are fantastic in the work that is done and every employee here was super sweet and knowledgeable and they were willing to go the extra mile for me in every regard. Very good and experienced with people with an IV phobia as well.

I had a bad time at this office. Scheduled a new patient appointment that took an hour and a half just for the scans and dental checkup. 50 minutes of that was me in the back alone waiting for someone to come in. After an hour and a half of being in the back, they finally came out and let me know it would be another 20-30 minutes before they could begin the routine cleaning. They pushed for uncovered dental services as well. When I got the bill, I was overcharged and had to call twice to get it resolved. When they sent me a post visit review, I filled it out, and they have called me twice asking to see what they couldve done better. I would recommend to look for another practice if you are considering this location.

I had a great experience with the dental care provided, but their billing practices left a lot to be desired. They performed services not covered by my insurance, and I was told at the time of my appointment that the full payment I made would cover everything. However, months later, I received additional unexpected charges. Although I was told a manager would call to resolve the issue, I never received a follow-up and ultimately had to pay the extra amount myself.

Overall cheap and great experience, would recommend. I came here to get my wisdom teeth out, there are a few people I need to recognize for their above and beyond service! Ashley was the lady at the front desk, she was very professional and kind. Helped me finish my information and remembered my name. Lauren will help you with finances, she was very fun and knowledgeable! Explained my options well, while helping my through the copious amounts of paperwork. Ashley Lazar was the oral surgeon and she was nothing short of amazing! Come here you won't be disappointed!

Ashley Was Amazing At The Front Desk Moved Mountains To Find Out Who My Provider Was! My Nurse Was Funny And My Doctor Was As Gentle As A Doctor Could Be. I recently visited this dental office and had a positive experience with the clinical teamthey were kind and knowledgeable. However, my experience with the front office staff, particularly Anna, was quite disappointing. During my first visit, I explicitly stated that I was not interested in any additional services, but Anna insisted that they were what the doctor recommended. I felt pressured to consider upsells despite my clear wishes. When I returned for my cleaning, I reiterated my desire for just the cleaning and was assured that we would only pay the deductible. However, I was asked to sign a form without it being properly explained to me. I believe that transparency and respect for patients' decisions should be priorities in any healthcare setting. Unfortunately, my interactions with Anna left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a patient. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the overall patient experience. will not be coming back.

We went to wilsonville smiles after a horrible experience with a dentist in our home town my husband needed urgent dental work and they took care of all his teeth at a cost that worked for us and we're very understanding. The gal at the front desk ashley was amazing she was super friendly and very understanding about our financial limits and laid it all out for us perfectly. Thank you so much Wilsonville smiles for being so amazing! Definitely recommend to anyone who feels like they are being treated as a bill and not a person.

Recently moved to the area. Chose Wilsonville Smiles Dentistry. So happy with my choice. Dr. Lai is amazing. Very personable and explained every detail of the procedure. Their team is friendly, helpful and patient. Going online to register as a new client and scheduling my first appointment was easy. I truly appreciate the latest technology, and clean offices. But most of all i was impressed in their care, and attentive demeanor. A team that understands the importance of customer care.

The medical staff here is great, but the front office is the worst I have ever dealt with. First they tell me I owe nothing else and my procedure is paid up. Then a week later they automatically take a payment from my card on file and cannot give me a reason as to why. The office manager admitted she is new and has no idea why they took my money. It took 3 separate phone calls and over 2 weeks to process a refund only to tell me the same day I actually owe some more money on my account. The office manager then berated me for when I would be able to make payment. I refuse to give them any more business. Great dentists, but the front officebilling department headaches are not worth the tradeoff.

Krazy unprofessionalism. I checked in 20 minutes early for my appointment, After waiting 15 mins I was told there would be a "slight delay". Long story short, 2.5 hours later I was finally seen. How Evar, While waiting, their "payment tech" came in saying your procedure will be 1700.00 (I knew this) but he wanted me to pay the entire amount at THAT very moment! In the Chair! We discussed options, I whipped out my LifeLock app showing him I had a credit score of 819 and was not a slouch and paid my bills. Not impressed he was basically harping at me, "you pay now! You pay now!" I mean, this is Joe Biden's America, who has 1700 in their pocket? Acting disgusted he took my card where I paid a 500 towards my balance. (Instead of just allowing me the privilege of paying as I exited.) He brought me the receipt, Demanding when I would pay the balance? I said, "send me a bill and I will pay the balance", He said, no,. no, no, I don't know when the next billing cycle is, we can't wait till then". I sarcastically said, "Hey! How bout I drive home, grab the money and drive right back"!?!? (hour and half RT) He seemed completely good with this while he looked down his nose at me. I told him, "as soon as I get home tonight I will send payment". Which I did. No "Thank You", no nothing, just made me feel like a complete slouch. The D.M.D. (Dr. Lazar) work was fine, no complaints there, she was swift and professional. I have one more appt scheduled and I have called several other Dentist's in my plan but nobody else can get me in any sooner. Besides they have already charged me a 100 deposit, cuz apparently they believe this 24 year Army Vet is a complete bum. Get this next one done and NEVER darken their door again

Everyone in this office gave me top notch service. Alex at front desk worked with my on finical portion and gave me the best rates for my situation. The dentist, Susan Lai, was very conscious of my time and explained everything perfectly. The dental assistant and hygienist were also very easy to work with! Thank you for taking such good care of me!

Went in for New Patient Exam. All staff were very polite and explained in detail about what was going on. Assistants and Hygienists seemed very knowledgeable and on the same page. Dr. Park is wonderful and very down to earth. I had a very pleasant visit and will continue my Dental journey with Wilsonville Smiles Dentistry.
